If at any time you wish to restrict communication with the guardian of a genetic relative of your dog or cat, you can easily do so from your personal area by following these steps:

Access your list: Log into your private account and go to the DNA Connect section, where the list of all your pet's relatives discovered thanks to the DNA test is displayed.

How to block a user: On the right side of each genetic relative's profile, you will find a selector button. When you click on it, the "Block" option will appear. Once selected, communication will be cut off and it will not be possible to establish any interaction or exchange messages with that user.

A 100% reversible action: We know you can change your mind or have pressed the button by mistake. Therefore, any block can be reversed at any time you decide.

How to unblock: To allow contact again, simply find the previously blocked user in your list. On the right side of their profile, press the selector again and choose the option to unblock them. The chat will automatically be enabled again.
