If you send your pet's biological sample to the laboratory without having previously registered the DNA kit on our website, we will not be able to process or analyze the sample.
Completing your online registration before sending the sample is an absolutely essential step for the process to work, and this is due to two fundamental reasons:

Impossibility of linking: As our system is 100% confidential, your pet's sample travels only accompanied by an alphanumeric code, without personal data. If you do not create your account and register that code, when the sample arrives at our facilities we will not know which user it belongs to.

Loss of communication: By not having a created profile or an email associated with that kit, it will be totally impossible for us to send you notifications about its arrival at the laboratory, the status of the analysis, or to notify you when the results report is ready.
To ensure that the entire experience is a success and there are no delays, it is vital to follow in order all the steps detailed in the instruction leaflet that you will find inside the box. Always remember to complete your registration on the platform before dropping off the sample for shipping!
