Your pet's DNA test results report will be available on the Koko Genetics platform within an estimated period of 4 to 6 weeks from the date our laboratory receives the sample.
Due to the high complexity of the process and the technical characteristics of genetic analysis, it is not possible to determine an exact delivery date. However, you will not have to keep checking the website: as soon as the report is processed and uploaded to the platform, you will receive an automatic email notifying you that you now have the information.
Once you have received that email, to view the report, you just have to access your private client area on the Koko website using your username and password. Once inside, the results will appear organized in a clear and intuitive way in three large areas:

Traits
Breeds
By clicking on each of these icons or blocks, you will access the corresponding lists. The platform allows you to go as deep as you need: by clicking on the name of each item, a complete file will be displayed that includes its description, symptoms (in the case of diseases), the role that genetics plays in that trait, and prevention guidelines.
Furthermore, if you want to know the scientific data, you can consult the technical report, where we detail the exact genetic marker or SNP that the animal has and the bibliography used.
Remember, science advances, so we will send you notifications to the email associated with your kit whenever there are updates to your account. You will be able to consult your pet's genetic profile whenever you need it throughout its entire life!
